We consider ourselves an Owner's Representative Construction Management firm who specializes in personalized service to School Districts. Serving in this capacity, we are able to effectively understand the needs of a District and adjust our services based upon those needs.
We act as an extension of the District during the Facilities Assessment pre-construction period of development through the completion of construction and make recommendations based solely on their benefit to the district resulting in completed projects equal to or exceeding expectations.
